We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you need to send something back or exchange it, let us know!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to get this just right!  You can exchange items within 30 days of the purchase date for a new item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.  Contact us using the form below and we will email you a return shipping label.  As soon as we receive your item, we’ll ship out your preferred item at no additional shipping cost.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your experience and your awesome goods!  If an item isn’t quite right, we’ll refund 100% of your purchase (including original shipping, if applicable).  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.  Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt.

You have two options for handling the return:

  • Contact us using the form below and we will email you a return shipping label for your convenience, the cost of which will be deducted from your total refund.

OR

  • You may choose to send your item(s) back using your own shipping and receive a full refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Ouch!

If your product arrives defective or damaged, send us pictures of the damage within 10 days of your delivery and we will replace your item asap!
